If you buy SafePoint Pro license(s) directly without trial, whether the license(s) is activated or not, you’re eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

If you have tried SafePoint Pro and your paid license(s) has not been activated, you’re eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

We don't issue refunds for users who have tried SafePoint Pro and the license(s) has been activated. We assume you are satisfied with the product before purchasing and applying the license(s). Therefore, we highly recommend thoroughly testing the software in its fully functionalities.
To initiate a return, pleasecontact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return. After receiving your return request and determining eligibility, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5 business days for the refund to be approved. Refunds will be returned to the bank account via the original payment method within 7 to 15 days after approval.
