Is there a reason, that IP Groups are limited to 1000? Because I would need more, when I want to Anti-Bot or block TOR, for example. See: https://check.torproject.org/torbulkexitlist

IP groups with more than 1000 IP addresses may degrade safeline performance, so we have added a limit.

Would it be possible to get a configuration option for this? So, that were able to decide to allow more?

I had similar idea so I made simply map with list of IPs and placed map in Nginx config, in order to don't waste my time for do this I made simple C# program for convert IPs into Nginx map.
I know that this is not "perfect" solution but at least it is working

We've improved and it will appear normally in the next version
